Welcome to Dental Image Therapy Centres! We’ve been treating Winnipeg smiles for over 30 years at our Garden City Shopping Centre and St. Vital Centre clinics.
Our team believes in building connections in the community and lending a helping hand whenever possible — philosophies we embody in our day-to-day work. We put you first, and do what we can to ensure you feel comfortable and happy when you visit our clinics. Whether you need a routine cleaning, cosmetic dentistry or a specialty treatment, we offer complete dental services at both locations.
Your first visit to Dental Image Therapy Centres is what we like to call a complete getting-to-know-you assessment, a comprehensive exam. Before we start the exam, you’ll be asked to fill out some initial paperwork to help us understand your oral health needs. We’ll gather some personal information, your medical and dental history, insurance details, as well as consent for treatment.
Please note: Comprehensive exams can take one hour to complete. If you are getting your teeth cleaned during the same appointment, it will take an additional hour.
A comprehensive exam is a thorough evaluation of your oral health. Your dentist will examine your muscles, joints, bite, teeth, gums and tissues, and may take digital impressions or photographs if necessary.
All new patients will receive a comprehensive exam and we highly encourage our returning patients to have one every 3-5 years to ensure their smile is in tip-top shape.
